In the event of loss or theft, LMG works with you and your insurer to bring about a settlement that is both convenient and provides you with the maximum choice.

In conversation with you, an LMG jeweller will have assessed the fair value of the loss or theft and discussed your replacement options.

Gemcheck Cards

For many claimants this will involve sending you a Gemcheck Card (electronic giftcard) pre-loaded with the assessed retail value of your claim. This can be spent in over 1,600 authorised High Street jewellers nationwide. You don't have to spend it all in any one shop and it is valid for 12 months from date of issue.

Home Visits
